Payment Terms

A payment of 100% of the total amount is required as a final confirmation of the reserved sponsorship services.

If the sponsor does not comply with this term, the organizer may cancel reserved services without being obliged to reimburse deposit amounts previously paid.

Cancellation Policy

If the sponsor chooses to withdraw from the conference, they must notify the organizers in writing. Cancellation fees will apply:

By 31st May 2026: 50% refund.
From 1st June 2026: No refund is due.

In the case of postponement within 12 months after the initially scheduled event (due to force majeure), the order forms and amounts remain regarded as valid for the new date or format.
